Mental Health Parity Consultant [part time, remote]

About the Role: This flexible, part-time consulting position allows you to work remotely—no relocation required. You’ll play a crucial role in helping health plans ensure compliance with MHPAEA. If you’re detail-oriented, self-driven, and passionate about making a difference in healthcare, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in provider reimbursement operations and rate-setting methodologies, credentialing, utilization management, and/or pharmacy formulary development.
Knowledge of Mental Health Parity compliance and non-quantitative treatment limitations (NQTL) documentation is a plus.
Key Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role involves extensive documentation and gathering information from employees across all levels within client organizations.
