Chhaya has more than 18 years of clinical and compliance expertise in managing pharmacy benefit programs for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid and commercial health care benefit programs. This includes managing clinical operations for coverage determinations and formulary exceptions, build out of clinical protocols, implementing technology platforms and tools and operationalizing clinical processes. She has guided formulary development and management for MA and Medicaid programs as well as developed PBM oversight programs for major national insurers.
Prior to joining ATTAC Consulting Group, Chhaya served as a manager for Part D audit/PBM oversight for Cigna, director of clinical programs and operations for Argus Health Systems and director of clinical affairs for CVS Caremark and SXC Health Solutions (Catamaran).
