Regan Pennypacker is a distinguished leader in managed care and regulatory affairs, bringing over 25 years of experience to her role as Senior Vice President of Compliance Solutions at ATTAC Consulting Group. A recognized expert in driving operational excellence, Regan specializes in aligning complex regulatory integrity with overarching organizational goals across the healthcare landscape.
Regan’s career reflects a deep commitment to the intersection of law, ethics, and healthcare operations. She earned her Master of Studies in Law (MSL) in Corporate Compliance from Fordham University School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross. Her technical expertise is underscored by elite industry designations, including the Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative and the Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) through the Health Care Compliance Association.
Prior to joining ATTAC, Regan served as the Director of Government Programs Compliance and Medicare Compliance Officer at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island. Her transition to the SVP role marks a return to her consulting roots; she previously spent 12 years as a trusted advisor, partnering with dozens of health plans, business associates, and nonprofit organizations to architect and implement strategic compliance frameworks.
