She specializes in NCQA accreditation, regulatory compliance, credentialing, care management operations, delegation oversight, and SNP Model of Care development.
An NCQA Surveyor and holder of both the CPHQ and CHC credentials, Karen has extensive experience guiding health plans and care management organizations through accreditation readiness, operational improvement, and CMS audit preparation. As an independent consultant, she provides expert support across quality improvement, credentialing, utilization management, population health, case management and regulatory requirements, helping organizations strengthen compliance and achieve successful accreditation outcomes.
