With more than a decade of expertise in quality assurance, reporting, and regulatory compliance, she specializes in ensuring health plans meet state and federal regulations including CMS, NCQA, and quality review organization requirements.

In her work with ATTAC’s clients, Courtney manages the firm’s mock audit projects and independent validation audits. She also assists in writing data analytics specifications for the compliance solutions team’s timeliness, data error and compliance alert reports.

In her former role as the manager for utilization management quality assurance at Presbyterian Health Plan, Courtney led compliance initiatives for utilization management, overseeing external audits, regulatory reporting, and internal monitoring. She developed internal controls, implemented corrective action plans, and enhanced audit readiness processes to maintain operational excellence. Her technical proficiency includes creating audit tools, dashboards, and monitoring systems to streamline compliance efforts and improve regulatory adherence.
