She led a top-quartile CMS Program Audit, restructured compliance functions to improve effectiveness, and ensured ongoing alignment with CMS, DOL, ACA, and state regulatory requirements. Her approach emphasizes practical readiness, defensible documentation, and sustainable compliance models that stand up to regulatory scrutiny.
