Kenneth McNeal

SVP and Chief Revenue Officer

Kenneth McNeal, who serves as ATTAC’s SVP and Chief Revenue Officer, is responsible for managing key relationships with clients across the nation. He has extensive experience in delivering solutions to healthcare payers, with particular expertise in solutions supporting Medicare Advantage programs in areas including risk adjustment, Star Ratings and quality programs, and sales and broker relationships.

Over his career, Kenneth has held senior leadership and business development roles at Everly Health Solutions, Versant Health, Veradigm/Pulse8, Signify Health, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

While at Everly Health Solutions, he led a strategic initiative at a national health plan that doubled program uptake supporting quality metrics improvement. At Versant Health, he played a key role in positioning and expanding supplemental vision benefit offerings with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans. In his role with Signify Health, Kenneth worked with executives at major payer organizations to design risk and quality improvement programs using in-home health assessments, which significantly improved client performance metrics and healthcare outcomes. In his time with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, he led initiatives that substantially improved Medicare Star Ratings by developing and managing training programs, and acted as a liaison between the company and vendors to streamline quality improvement processes that resulted in the plan’s first 4-Star program year.

He earned his MBA from Bethel University and his bachelor’s degree from Bryan College.
