Healthcare Industry Leader Brings Decades of Expertise in Healthcare Payer Solutions and Strategic Growth

ANN ARBOR, MI (Sept. 30, 2024) – ATTAC Consulting Group announced today that Kenneth McNeal has joined the firm as an SVP and Chief Revenue Officer. ATTAC is a national healthcare consulting firm that provides solutions to Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health insurers. The company specializes in compliance, auditing, risk adjustment, business transformation, and provider network management.

McNeal is responsible for managing key relationships with ATTAC’s clients across the nation. He has extensive experience in delivering solutions to healthcare payers, with particular expertise in supporting Medicare Advantage programs in areas related to risk adjustment, Star Ratings, and quality programs, along with sales and broker relationships.

Over his career, McNeal has held senior leadership and business development roles at Everly Health Solutions, Versant Health, Veradigm/Pulse8, Signify Health, and BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee.

While at Everly Health Solutions, he led a strategic initiative at a national health plan that doubled program uptake supporting quality metrics improvement. At Versant Health, he played a key role in positioning and expanding supplemental vision benefit offerings with Medicare Advantage and Medicaid plans. In his role with Signify Health, McNeal worked with executives at major payer organizations to design risk and quality improvement programs using in-home health assessments, which significantly improved client performance metrics and healthcare outcomes. In his time with BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, he led initiatives that substantially improved Medicare Star Ratings by developing and managing training programs, and acted as a liaison between the company and vendors to streamline quality improvement processes that resulted in the plan’s first 4-Star program year.

McNeal earned his MBA from Bethel University and his bachelor’s degree from Bryan College.
