CMS announced that a request for information (RFI) entitled “Request for Information on Medicare” is now available on the Federal Register and on the CMS website.
Through the RFI, CMS seeks input from the public regarding various aspects of the Medicare Advantage program. Responses to the RFI may be used to inform potential future rulemaking or other policy development.
CMS invites stakeholders to submit responses to the RFI by Wednesday, August 31, 11:59 pm EST.
