Jocelyn Bayliss
Program Lead, Provider Network Management
Jocelyn Bayliss is the Program Leader for ATTAC’s Provider Network Development and Management Team. She specializes in managing large-scale provider network contracting engagements, network development and management strategies, including network directory maintenance. Jocelyn guides clients in design of provider compensation models for Medicare, Medicaid and commercial programs including risk sharing, quality and Star incentive design. She also leads ATTAC’s Accountable Care Organization (ACO) operations and compliance teams, with expertise in management of MSSP programs, GPRO data gathering and submissions. Prior to joining the firm, Jocelyn held senior roles at WellCare Health Plans, Florida True Health, Inc., and served as chief operations officer at an ACO in Florida.
